If you are not 100% happy, we’re here to make it right. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a hassle-free 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your order.You may return most new, unopened, unused items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. When We Will Issue a Full Refund You are eligible for a full refund if: The item is unused, in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags


You contact us within 30 days of delivery
The return is received by us within 45 days of original shipment

When We Will Issue a Partial Refund or Store Credit OnlyItems returned without original packaging or tags: up to 50% refund or store credit
Items showing obvious signs of use or wear: case-by-case partial refund or store credit
Items returned after 30 days but before 45 days: store credit only

Non-Refundable Items (No Exceptions) The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

 

Gift cards
Downloadable/digital products
Personalized or custom-made items
Intimate apparel, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits
Earrings and piercing jewelry (hygiene reasons)
Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, hair care once opened or used


Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Perishable goods (candles, bath bombs, etc., once opened)

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item ReceivedIf your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product:Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos


We will pay for return shipping and send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) immediately

Refund ProcessEmail returns@essencetouch.com with your order number and reason for return
We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number
Write the RA number clearly on the outside of your package
Ship the item back to the address we provide (you pay return shipping unless the item was defective/damaged/wrong)

 

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days

How Refunds Are IssuedRefunds are always returned to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except when we made a mistake)
Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer

Lost or Stolen Return PackagesWe are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number. Questions About Your Refund?
