Shipping
- We ship to the United States Only.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping times: Monday - Saturday
- Standard: 3–7 business days (US)
- Expedited options available at checkout
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs (international orders).
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligible for Return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached
- Final sale items, intimate apparel, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and custom-made items are non-returnable
Return Process:
1. Contact us at returns@essencetouch.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Include the RA number on the package.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address we provide (customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds:
Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless defective/damaged). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable products, perishable goods, and items marked "Final Sale."
